Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any calendar that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. (See how to order for full details.)

We accept Visa and Mastercard payment through the web site.

When you recieve a confirmation of the order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

You need to ensure that you have the copyright for the photos or pictures that you are using in your calendar. By accepting out terms and conditions you are indicating that you do have the copyright for the photos rpovided by you for use in your calendar.
Shipping And Handling Delivery Charges based on your purchase quantity. All items are sent 2nd class post unless 1st class is specified on your order.
Delivery Schedule Your order is delivered by the Royal Mail. We will normally dispatch your order to you within 10 working days.
Back Orders You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if we are not able to produce your order within 15 working days.
Tax Charges All orders include VAT.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All work is guaranteed to the highest standard. If you are not happy with the results simply return the calendar within 28 days with an explanation and we will provide a full refund including standard 2nd class postage.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure the safe return Fotocal accepts no responsibility for loss or liability however this occurs for any originals sent including CD's, memory sticks, photos, negatives or artwork of any sort.
