 Sending photos by post
You can also send your photographs, negatives or artwork to include in your calendar by post to the address opposite.
You must send your order along with our order form, just Click here to download. Complete this form and send it with your photographs which should be sent in a padded envelope.
Please include if possible a printed copy of your order or your name and billing/delivery address.

Remember to label each photo on the back with the calendar month you wish it to appear on. For artwork and negatives clearly identify on which month you want each item to appear.
For personalised dates, please type on a separate sheet the date and the relevant text . For example, 3rd June Mary's Birthday; 19th June Mum & Dad's Wedding Anniversary. All words, except the date, will be placed on your exactly as written. Separate each entry with a semi-colon (;) and be careful with the use of capital letters - we will copy exactly what you send !
For picture captions state the month and the caption, for example - January- Skiing at Sestriere. All words except the month will be placed on your calendar exactly as written. Please ensure you have the copyright to any pictures your sending.
| Returning your photos, negatives and artwork
All Photos, negatives, CD's, memory sticks and artwork sent to us by post for creating your calendar will be returned to you.
If you are sending the only original and it cannot be replaced or is of high importance please make copies before sending.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure the safe return Fotocal accepts no responsibility for loss or liability however this occurs for any originals sent including CD's, memory sticks, photos, negatives or artwork of any sort.
